I tried variety of forms, but FINALLY this one by WPEverest solved my problems. The interface is SOOO simple with it’s drop and drag set up. Most importantly, you can customize payment options for each form! One form can send payment to one paypal account, and a separate form can send it to another. This is the only solution that I found that will allow you to do that. Oh yeah…and the level of support is FANTASTIC. I am a customer for life.

Excellent Plugin For Building Mobile Ready Forms
Used the free version for building several fairly complex mobile ready forms on a client website.
